Payments must be made by cash, cheque or debit only on motor coach tours generated in this office.
If you have to cancel for a medical reason, you must supply a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE to our office for a full refund. This applies for yourself, your traveling companion or immediate family. Otherwise all tours are non refundable. All tours are subject to change. Smoking and drinking are prohibited on our Coaches. A valid passport is required for all tours departing to the USA. For these trips going into the States we need names EXACTLY as per passport, passport numbers and expiry dates.
